REVIEW FOR I NEED YOU FOREVER by Cynthia P. O'Neill

REVIEW FOR I NEED YOU FOREVER by Cynthia P. O'Neill
5 Stars

I Need You Forever by Cynthia P. O'Neill is the first book I have read by her and certainly won't be the last. This book is part of a series but can be read as a stand alone. I had not read the other books in the series and didn't feel like I had missed anything.
Jackson is struggling day to day to make sense of his life. His wife died two years ago and now he is left with raising their daughter. He gets up and goes to work and when he is not at work he is with his daughter. As he visits the grave of his deceased wife he tells her this is it, he won't be coming back for awhile to figure out how to move on without her. He turns to leave and hears his name called, it is no other than his personal assistant, Robin, who is visiting her dads grave. After a few minutes of casual conversation he insist on taking Robin home. Jackson stops by Robins favorite coffee shop and it is closed but lucky for them his sister owns it and opens up for them. He also insist in taking her home which is where he finds out she lives in a run down apartment that has just been broken into. A note was left that she is hiding, he knows there is more to this than she is willing to tell. He wants nothing more than to keep his employee safe, but more than that Robin is stirring feelings in him he hasn't had since the death of his late wife.
Robin has been through a lot in the last couple of years, a bad break up, her brother on some special military mission and the passing of her dad. Now she finds another threatening note. Jackson is more than willing to help her but she doesn't want to impose on him. She will not open up her heart to anyone especially after what happened with her ex, Declan.
Robin and Jackson have to both figure out how to move on with out feeling regret and guilt, but is love enough to keep these two together with everything going on.
I would recommend this book. This book is also written in dual POV which I really enjoyed.
